We have chosen Il Ristorante to celebrate my birthday. Amazing and quiet location with elegant interior. The staff is the absolute highlight of the whole experience at Il Ristorante.
They have explained the menu and dishes in detail with lot of knowledge. The freshly baked bread basket and bruschetta that they offer you prior are just delicious. Pastas are superb and definitely worth trying. Veal Milanese is made accordingly to the tradition, absolutely fantastic. We were a bit disappointed with the fish as it was bland and came rather cold. Michelin stars aside for this price point our expectations towards food were so much higher. Overall beautiful place with great service and tasty dishes.
Perfect setting for a romantic dinner, I would not recommend it for kids.

Absolutely amazing place. We loved it so much: food is very unique - we had a tasting menu - with pairing of international wine. So delicious

I was excited and had high hopes for this place, but worried we had a big lunch at Tresind earlier. On a weekend, lots of empty tables, which is never a good sign. Due to being still full from lunch, we decided on ordering the anti pasto for two, and was going to order main entrees and pasta dishes afterwards, based on how much more we can eat. Not even sure how this place obtained a Michelin star. Service was great, but the food is plain, uninspiring, and the taste profile was just not there. For example, what 2 Michelin star restaurant is going to serve asparagus with cheese without some creativity?? The squid was soft, slimy, and lacked texture. Meatballs were not good. Only thing that was great were the oysters. We were happy we didn’t order anything else, and left earlier than planned.

For folks coming to Dubai, please skip this restaurant until they get their act together. Save your time, and go to Tresind Studio, Trescind, or Moonrise for impeccable service and a true culinary experience.

The food was delicious, cocktails outstanding, and Martina e Suami made our visit to Niko Romito even more special!!!
Definitely repeating the whole experience, thanks, girls!!! ????

We had heard great things and decided to book reservations to celebrate a birthday. Michelin stars aside, for this price point I had high expectations for both creativity and flavor.

The glazed eggplant was barebones, almost undercooked, and far too simple. The fish with red peppers was weird and impossible to finish. The pasta with shrimp and lobster was the only dish we enjoyed, but you'll find something similar at a dozen restaurants across Dubai at 1/3 the fuss.

Not worth the price and the time, and a disappointing experience overall. 2 stars only given to the serving staff and the freshly baked bread.

Amazing staff and wonderful, elegant restaurant. All the people working there were fantastic and made me feel like a king. And the plate designs were gorgeous and screamed Italy; these are the reasons that I gave two stars.

However, it breaks my heart that such amazing staff are not complimented with amazing food; once again, the chef and kitchen do not keep up with the perfection of everything else in Michelin starred restaurants. The food fell short and, although elegantly presented, was quite bland. The eggplant was chewy and bland, the crab was mushy and bland, and the lobster and shrimp pasta was good but nothing special that you could easily find in many restaurants in dubai (and even better tasting at a better price point). I did not get dessert, but was served a small version of a choux a la creme which was fantastic, but made me sad as I had wished the rest of the food had been up to that standard.

To the Michelin people, retire and stick to making tires! You seem to do much better and be more accurate with awarding the Michelin Bib Gourmand than your Michelin stars because you're forced to focus on the food in the lesser elegant spots!

WOW! Absolutely blown away. This place has it all. Inside / outside seating options that overlook Bulgari Yacht club....first rate service with servers coming from Italy to the amazing decor fitting of a Bulgari hotel.
Then the food.... bruschetta to the pasta dishes. Everything was mesmerizing

The location is great and service and food were OK.. I was expecting much more from a Michelin 2 star restaurant. It was a big disappointment. After dining in numerous Michelin star restaurants over the years, this would rank at the very end. I think I had much better creative dining experience in some non Michelin recognized restaurants.. I won't recommend
