This morning, my aged mother and I visited this store to buy a ring, a man met us with courtesy and began to help me with the purchase, suddenly another woman seller intervened in our conversation and began to offer other rings, after two minutes of talking with her in English , she suddenly accused us of stealing one of the rings! Yes, it was in our address that she accused the word stolen, in another language, but she apparently did not suspect that I could speak this language! She called the previous seller and again stated that there were 2 rings and we stole one of them! I waited until she finally found this ring, which she put into the box herself and left this store with a feeling of humiliation!

Great selection of jewelry, poor customer service.
A bald sales person obsessively followed me around while being on his phone (texting) without saying a word. I then stopped and made an eye contact, he finally offered some help and tried to make a joke about following me around. I told him that I was familiar with the brand and will let him know if I need anything. He continues to sneakily follow me around. I asked him later to show a purse, which he did. No conversation, not even a word. He then continued to almost push me out, still following my every step. I own a few jewelry pieces by Bvlgari, and I recently bought some for my family. If I'm wearing sports clothes, it doesn't mean that I can't comfortably shop anywhere I want. This guy ruined my experience, he should understand that he is representing a reputable and respectful brand, this is not his franchise. Please do us all a favor - find a job outside of retail industry and stop embarrassing this great store.

Excellent service... Carole was very helpful, I was not able to visit the shop however she sent me the item to my home city. Also, she keeps following if I need any assistance... so I’m so satisfied of their product and services.

I purchased the bzero1 ring from here and within a week it scratched badly without any intensive work done by me with that ring on. I went few weeks later to the store to get it cleaned. The sales associate (i think her name was lina) was very ignorant. She put the ring under running tap water, and handed it to me in 2 seconds. The normal cleaning process is that ring is cleaned via a machine spraying hot water, then cleaned using a brush and jewelers rogue cloth. For polishing it needs to be sent to service centre but cleaning is always done in a boutique itself. When i confronted her that what she did wasn't really cleaning, she said this is just how we do it. When i asked her politely about getting scratches in a week, she got super defensive and compared the gold ring to a leather bag and said its very normal, just like the bag ring will get scratches too. Looks like she had no understanding of difference between calf leather and a metal. Absolutely disgraceful, lazy and disrespectful staff. The dubai mall bvlgari staff is alot better and actually know what they're selling.

theres a big difference between being elegant and being arrogant , with attitude and ignorance of their own products , I had my nickels that Im wearing since 3 years and its very important to me , needs some polishing and changing the lace , one of the most arrogant people I've ever met in a retail shop told me simply that she's been working for BVLGARI for 5 years and she never saw this piece , although I told her that I got it from Bvlgari shop , she insisted with a very not self confidence ,no ignorance that its fake and start giving me a lecture about the curve and the diameter of the original product , even her college tried to tell her that theres a serial number and she can check it , she was not convinced , anyway her college took it and she said she will send it to work shop , next day NOT HER , her college called to apologize and say the workshop confirmed its original and they will do the polishing and the repair , thats disrespect from BVLGARI to have this kind of attitude in there stores , really Disappointed and seriously LUXURIOUS Brand means more then adds and prices, its attitude .

People parking half on double yellow lines and kerb make it difficult to park in disabled spaces. Also sometimes people parked in disabled spaces aren't displaying a blue badge. Needs to be policed better.
