There is no any seating places for people waiting for their spouses/friends/relatives who are in the fitting room/s

I purchased an expensive pillow from here and it gave me a big deal neck pain! They refuse to refund or exchange. I don’t recommend to buy from them as they’re really sweet to take your money and never follow the exchange and refund policies.

I was very much disappointed with the lingerie staff as there was none to offer help nor even to greet you, the staff were talking to each other and not even bothered with the customers existence. When I proceed to the fitting room the staff told me the fitting rooms were fully occupied so I had to wait or proceed to the nearby fitting room. I told her I’ll wait coz I can not roam around with bras on my hand trying to look for the other fitting rooms. I had to wait for more than 20 mins while the staff she’s offering me to go to the other fitting rooms that the customers are taking long to come out of the fitting room. At last after she made me stand in line for all those minutes she pretended that she doesn’t know the fitting rooms were locked and she doesn’t know who locked the rooms. It’s really disappointing because how many customers came they want to try on garments and the staff keep on telling them that the rooms were occupied so they had to drop the garments and walk away. It’s such a shame having fitting rooms and the staff locked them so will not try on. Overall I was impressed with the cashier and the lady from next who came to collect her items from the fitting room who told the staff to knock on the doors to see if it was really occupied so I can try. The quality is superb.

I was searching for Dior addict lip glow oil
I couldn’t find it in many places finally got it from Debenhams❤️
I was searching for shade 15 couldn’t get that one but shade 7 raspberry is also great.
It’s worth all the hype. Completely hydrates your lip and stays hydrated for couple of days

I found som elegant choices there ,maybe the prices a little higher than the other fast fashion stores, but the designs worth it, shoses in pictures 220 DURHAM

I had very bad experience , they definitely have the worst customer service.I bought a Dior perfume. The saleswoman was very bad and uncooperative. In addition, when I got home, the perfume didn't smell good, as it looked old. I really regret buying from them

Love a debenhams, although this branch is a little smaller than the bigger malls. Couldn't get any mens formal shoes in here which is what we came for.
