Please guys don't visit this store for the shake of your self respect. Today on the festival of Eid I made this mistake as I need to buy some dresses for me so visited Springfield mirdif mall. Their sales person Mr.zy and mr. Shakeer so stupid that they embarrassing you so much even for small small things. Even you want to try any cloth they embarrassing customers so much that you automatically left that store.Even by mistake any cloth touch anywhere like little on ground they crying so much that automatically you left.Even I told them that I will surely give your feedback to others but Mr.Shakeer specifically said we are not dependent on people but people dependent on us and I don't bother about anyone. But i don't understand why they want to decrease business may be the owner different or something else but plz guys don't visit as everyone self respect matters.

Bought a new 3 piece suit for my upcoming wedding, very helpful staff as i had to take trousers back as they didn't fit, swapped em over with no drama

Excellent shop... accept for children's shoes. Good range off, but don't measure children's feet for size. Go to another store then come back with the size we were told. Might as well stay at the other shop, we'll that's was a sale lost.

Mid to high end luxury store that caters to those who love brands and quality products. Yes prices are a bit higher than the average retailer but you know you’re getting great service. This is one of the bigger stores with loads of variety to choose from.

A massive thank you to Richie the store manager at Lakeside House of Fraser.. He looked after me in a very understanding human way. He went above and beyond taking my return on a suit which he didn’t have to as its a no return policy. Respect to him as I have a funeral to attend and the suit was not fitting right, it would have been a horrible situation. But Richie really looked after me.

Lots of excellent conscessions, however, not enough sales people on the shop floor to help with things and quite confusing finding the till to pay.

They have changed so much service is poor can’t find staff on the floor . they hardly have any sales same old stuff for years and years wonder when will they have new stock and good prices it was batter couple of years ago but now it’s just not same thing you can even do refund only exchange not happy. They give you vouchers to spend if you have bought anything and you change your mind … not good

I went into the store yesterday and a young lady was helping me. Her manager I think by the name of Olu screamed at her from across the store and telling her he needs her help and she had gotten embarrassed and left us and said she was really sorry I felt terrible for her. We approached the manager and said she was helping us and he apologised and said he thought we were her “friends” and that she didn’t have long left and wanted her to go clean up. Apparently he had shouted at her before and made her cry. She’s only young it’s disgusting.
