Good selection of new product line of CAT . Friendly customer service . I use the Dubai Mall app and turn on the Bluetooth to help me navigate easily to this shop if I am parking my car in a spot that I am not used to.

One of my favorite shoes brands ever.
I’ve been faithful to Cat for more than 15 years and I like the shoes they provide in terms of durability and comfortability and for sure affordable money worthy prices.
Staff are very nice and welcoming.
I would highly recommend visiting cat branch in dubai mall.
And i further recommend trying those shoes out. Meanwhile this store provide other cat clothes, underwear, high quality leather belts and high quality leather wallets

I didn’t enter this shops inside.. because of time.. but i love caterpillar… it means … all of cat products are too good… and i love it… not only me.. most of us love it.. dresses .. shoes.. inner wear… engines…. Vehicles… and all of cat products… i works at agriculture heavy machinery equipments… and we also love cat products… and we waits for year end.. because caterpillar send some gifts… good..

The experience in CAT Dubai Mall was magic. Apparently my foot shrank 2 sizes as soon as I enter the CAT shop in Dubai Mall. Was an amazing discussion with the staff that refuse to accept that magic doesn't exist and perhaps the box size was wrong.

If the management is planning to reduce sales and perhaps close the shop in the near future, I presume that it is in the right path, by making you believe that your feet can shrank 2 sizes in 1 min. Uauu, the staff is unique.
