Very nice atmosphere & ambience. Open space. I wasn’t pleased with the Mubarak tea. But overall nice experience. Ended up getting the coffee, and was finally satisfied.

It is located in china towen area in the mall, this area is totally diffrent atmosphere , also starbucks is diffrent too, the design is very cozy and greeny
The place is nice, the service is good and fast
The staff is welcoming and helpful
Ice green tea with srawberry is amazing, esperesso of course is perfect

Was an ardent fan of the franchise but today felt that made a wrong choice of the venue.
Firstly staff need to learn basics of hospitality. They handed over the croissants ordered in bag although mentioned it was dine in. They did offer plate and spoons to Westerners. Tables were untidy and even one the other customer came complaining about the juice quality. The staff had to pacify the customer and refund the lady full money.
No tissues were offered and Infact told to pick up from the self service counter.
I would definitely return back to my Costa or Caribbeau cafe house.

I was so excited to be able to visit the very first Starbucks in Chinatown Dubai Mall! The store is neatly put together, and the interior designs, lighting, and venue atmosphere are all modern and outstanding. As usual, the drinks are consistent and yummy.

The staff was nice/friendly, kudos to Pema and her team! ????

A small coffee pit stop in middle of the newly opened China Town in Dubai Mall.

Staff are very friendly!

We all ordered different drinks and none of us were happy - hot chocolate taste like warm milk with water with little bit of chocolate powder, our frap taste like it was blended yesterday as its so watery, latte taste like espresso - my sister ask at least to fix the hot chocolate (they added some chocolate powder) and the barista made face. Not only that, table was not clean, till we left no one came to at least clean the table. All starbucks was OK but why this branch seems so out of standard?

Very new store, quite peaceful place. Giving vibes of China . beautifully decorated and you can find lots of chinese brand here. Its beside Ice Rink on 2nd floor.
