The sweet ice tea is a bit too sweet for me l, maybe I should have tried the unsweetened one. The lemonade is not so good, I should I phrase this, it somehow needs more lemon on it.

One love - Tagline says everything about Raising Canes. Raising canes is from mecca of fast food brands - America. This Chicken finger brand started in Louisiana by Todd graves. Todd graves worked hard to open this brand into the world. The safety helmets kept in store as prob to gratitude the founders hardwork.
Raising canes having two outlets in UAE. One is in Dubai mall and this Galleria Mall outlet. Alshaya group brought this brands operations in Middle east.
Best part of this fast food brand is exclusively for Crispy Chicken fingers. They only this dish in the menu. Thats why founder put tagline as one love. Menu designed by box types. From big box to kids meal.

Customer Service : Raising canes Galleria team is very energetic and Responsive. Restaurant manager Mr.Varisha was very helpful to educate about the brand origin and the menu. The gals are also very super active to take orders. Overall team welcomes patrons with a beautiful smiles

FOOD
This place can easily top KFC with their top quality of chicken that they serve I also loved their fries and their speciality sauce. However, with top quality you would expect a higher price :) also, their ice tea was not appealing at all.
TIP: I have tried their finger strips and they are a must have!
SERVICE
The service is so fast and they serve using the pager system so once the order is ready you have to come and pick it up.
AMBIENCE
Very modern design for a fast food joint xD but it has a view to the ice rink of Dubai mall.

The chicken fingers were freshly made but were bland and a little soggy. There is nothing special about the sauce. The lemonade does not taste like freshly squeezed lemons at all. The best thing about the meal was the bread. So soft and garlicky. I’d rather have KFC next time because it is cheaper and better.

Service is okayish. Dirty tables in Dubai mall, that also with covid around. Not acceptable. The staff is laid back and have a zero caring attitude. Have better options when it comes to chicken. Sauces and ketchup are considered treasure here. No efforts for presentation also. Free cold drink refill though.
