I placed an order at 8.30am in the morning and until 1pm it was not delivered home. I ended up following up several times anf each time they came up with new excuses. Please dont order from them. They are never on time.

As soon as you enter , it smells so bad due to the non veg items. Very difficult to shop there . Would prefer going to other supermarket nearby just because of this reason

For home delivery whatever we inform, they will not follow… several times experienced wrong item delivery and now today again… they delivered fish and the water from fish packing went into other vegetables which they did in same cover. When they call them for any complaint they will simply say sorry and repeats again

Most poor and customer un-friendly super market at discovery garden. They are not accepting return (which was come by mistake within 4days) and their customer support said you have to check before buying!!.
I strongly recommend everyone at this community to stop dealing with them.
They are not deserve even 00 star

Visited today sunrise supermarket and I had a bad experience from the lady in the billing section.she is a mallu girl with curly hair and bindi.she put my items in a plastic bag that was torned then I told her about this then she make fun of me regarding this to a guy who is near to her.then I told that paying money for the bag then I have the right to tell this.then the guy near to her put items in a new cover. First time I had this type of experience from a girl in the billing section.All the staffs there are not trained or they don't know anything about how to treat their customers.especially this lady.she is very arrogant! She have to learn first how to treat her customers.

Poor service. Home delivery time is more than 2hours to a location which is 500m away from the store. Instore cashiers(2ladies) are rude and non pleasant always. Seems like management not giving salary to them for years. LOL. Overall worst supermarket in discovery gardens.

Very bad delivery services, order is always late up to 3 hours and supervisor doesn't know the ABC of customer services and speaks very rudely as if customers are depending on his supermarket only.
Very disappointed ????
