Beef chai fan is always unavailable. And now I order nasigoreng.. look at this nasigoreng it looks like not before even the taste. Chowking what’s happening.

2 and half hours before the food was delivered. Only that. And the rice of chao pan is like a glutenous rice thst it sticks too much altogether. Maybe due to the heat and moisture that builds up when waiting to be delivered. It is not pleasant to eat anymore. But the other foods I ordered is fine. Please do improve the delivery service.

Food was cold and rice was not cooked properly. Orders through noon food.
Very bad at taste and when complained they said give feedback to restaurant.

Quite disappointing that any “NORMAL” food item that we wanted was not available. Why are you still open? Doesn’t make sense. Even the ones in Deira City Centre and Al ghurair mall. Items are always unavailable.

Nice and new experience for me.. The main dish is so yummy, ice tea is perfect however their dessert contains harsh cubes of ice.

such a very bad experience from the service, delivery, and to food itself. dec 31st, i made a big order at 5:20 in the afternoon and set the delivery time at 7:00 in the evening expecting for dinner. 7:00 pm past and the delivery isn’t coming yet. i called their service center and they promised to follow up and get the delivery done soon. 8:00, 9:00 pm pasts and still nothing came and i made a call every hour past only to get the same response. 10:00 evening comes, again i made a call so much disappointed and what’s worst is that they said that my order has been ready 3 hours ago and their just waiting for a delivery guy. so they sent us the food that’s been out for 3 hours!!!! and we received it 10:30 in the evening as cold as dead body with the most disgusting appearance and all the sogginess you could ever imagine ????. i sound exaggerated? no, i tried my best to make it a little nicer actually. yes, we had that worst experience on that NEW YEAR TIME !!!

For the nth time, bad experience. I always call customer service to remove prawns in all the dish so I can eat the food. Instruction is also written in the order slip/receipt. But, still the prawns are still there! No customer value.
