Good to have a quick view of Dubai City. Preferable to do either early morning or in the afternoon after 5pm to avoid too much heat. Advisable to take the full 48hours pack plan "Explore" to get full experience.

Decent company to use for hop on/off tours, normally a choice of the same two in most places i have been. Offer good tour routes to see old and new Dubai and can factor in free transportation around the city depending on where you want to go, thats always a plus for me

If you negotiate, you will get a day pass for AED50 (fifty) instead of the advertised AED 280.

At AED 50 it is worth it, but only in February/March, where you can sit on the bus deck, outside. Other times of the year, you have sit inside where the AC is poor to nonexistent, and the interior is decrepit at best.

So you are better off taking a Uber.

Note: You must be ready to spend a lot of time with the bus touring in the parking of other Malls.

Fantastic variety of shops to suit all budgets. One entrance you just walk in like most other mall's around the world. The entrance on Fashion walk, the doormen wear light grey tail suit and wear white gloves to let you in. However, everyone treated the same

The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately the system is quite poor. I feel like I spent more time waiting for the next bus in the sun than enjoying my time at the sites. The app info is not accurate, you never know when the next bus will arrive, which isn’t helpful when they run every 30 min.
The other company Big Bus Tours seemed to be more reliable, I kept watching them pass while I waited for my bus.

I took red route on a hot September + high humidity (big mistake) day. Air Conditioning in first floor helped a lot to see the majestic view of the city. The water supply in the buses helped a lot to keep me hydrated. The audio track was informative and funny. App "City Sightseeing Dubai" is helpful to track schedules.
It doesn't stop for a long time at each stop , if you want to get down ,make it fast. Announcement done by the drivers in some buses are clear.

Went on the tour red line and blue line, great value for money and you get to see a lot of Dubai. Huge thank you to Meraj Mohammad who is a credit to the company he is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Hoping onboard the City Sightseeing Dubai bus for a tour of Dubai was incredible experience, taking me all over the city to so many locations I wanted to visit. Adding to that the tickets included many freebees like the aquarium or dhow cruise rides. I can safely say that this hop-on hop-off experience is the best activity to do in Dubai.
I loved the fact they offer water for free on the bus. You have to check them out if you in Dubai.
