I had a great experience with dropkick online. I ordered shoes which unfortunately didn't fit my size. Same day asked for exchange. Due to limited stock, the team suggested refund. Shoes was collected the next day, and within 3 days i got refund on my bank account. No hassle, no problem, very supportive team.

Worst online store ever! While buying things online avoid Dropkick for your own good. I ordered a shoe which they delivered within 2 days. The same day I created return and exchange request since the size was small. They said it will be picked within 3-7 day. Today is the 10th day and I have been taking with support team everyday to help. They keep on saying that your issue has been escalated and the concerned team will contact you through email. No email or call from them. I bought that shoe as a birthday present for my husband but I guess he will not be getting the shoe anymore. I ordered the shoe on 6th June and today is 18th June and still I don't have what I wanted. What kind of customer service is this? I am tired of following up everyday and I don't know if they will pick the shoes.Then they said after pick up I have to wait for another 3- 5 days to deliver the shoes which from my experience with them it might take 2 - 3months. It's just a waste of time and no one cares.

Piece of advise, don’t buy anything from the online store you’ll wait until you become a skeleton. Delayed delivery and not single human contacting you until you make a problem then they will process delivery. I can’t pay 5K+ for shoes and also be the one to remind you to deliver my package….make it make sense.

I have ordered a pair of shoes for my son but unfortunately the model didn’t fit him well as he has to insert also insoles … I have returned the item and waiting for money so I can purchase another item , but they keep saying the item is with the currier…. And it will take time … I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop online with them. They are not professional!

Waste my time. I went to 2 branches and ask for a certain bag and both said they don't have it in store but was informed it is available online. So I ordered online and the order went through and the money was deducted from my account. A day later the ordered was declined and said my money will be sent back in 3-7 working days. Why do you guys keep it as available online if you don't have the stock? You guys are wasting people time. If you don't have the stock keep it as out of stock. Now I'll waste my time updating my bank if I got my refund.

I've just faced the most awful order experience in Dubai! I ordered an item of a certain size, got my first time order 15% discount, however the wrong size was delivered. I contacted the customer support and they claimed they couldn't exchange the item like other proper companies do. They'd only agree to refund the discounted amount and then I'd need to create another order and do everything from the very beginning, which is ridiculous. Afterwards, I had to speak with two different agents and both of them literally kicked me out ot the chat conversation without me ending it. Moreover they only agreed to refund me the discounted amount, however it was totally company's fault and negligence. Will never order from them again☠️
