So good to see a proper sports shop offering a good range of gear. Popped in here whilst visiting Norwich. Friendly and knowledge staff. Helped me purchase some running shoes which I'm very pleased with. I highly recommend and strongly urge you to support this store.

I saw Ben last week for a gait analysis. He was excellent, no question was too much and he took great care in helping me choose the right shoes to prevent further knee injuries. Highly recommend.

Friendly helpful staff and they had the backpack I wanted at a decent price. Good range of stability/support running shoes as well. Central location makes it handy to pick things up and they also offer click & collect, as well as reasonable delivery options.

Spoke to Ben about some new running shoes. Great customer service and talked me through the whole process with measuring up my feet to make sure that I get the correct shoes. 5 stars, would not recommend enough.

I had already been to three other shops looking for running shoes before coming here, without much luck or help from the sales advisors I had spoken with. The young man (I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately) who assisted me in InterSport was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful retailer. He was able to give me an excellent recommendation based on my requirements. One of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you!

Went to Norwich City FC Hub inside the store so can't really rate the store.
But Jarolds in a massive store in Norwich the sports part is independent.

I went in to look at a new pair of running shoes. The store was neat and tidy and they had a good selection. I asked for some advice and a gentleman called Raf was more than willing to help. He had good knowledge and suggested I jump on the treadmill for a quick gait analysis. I was very impressed with his exceptional service and can't recommend the store highly enough for this reason. He's racing in a half marathon next year; I wish him all the best.

Went in on Saturday and had the best customer service from two members of staff. Wanted to get my gait checked and one guy helped me until the right colleague was available. Took their time and really did their best to help. I didn't buy anything, no pressure too either, but now I will go back for running trainers. Thank you ????
