The worst products and worst customer service ever. We bought an item which was defected and came to the store to explore how to rectify the issue. The sales person was rude and disrespectful and refused to give any solution, all while talking down to us and making us wait for more than two hours in the store at Mall of the Emirates. I would not recommend anyone to buy this brand since their products quality is below average and for the small fortune we paid for the shoes, you would have expected better treatment.
I repeat, do not waste your money on this brand ever.
We were regular customers and we regret every single penny wasted on this brand with such a horrible customer service.

I would like to join an unsatisfied group of customers unfortunately. Not sure what happened here but I wasn’t event let inside due to some rope barrier. I waited outside for a bit for someone at least to hint and say that there is a queue and I will be served in 5-10-20 minutes (even though there were only 2 customers) But the sales lady just saw me, looked at me and kept on working with another client. Not sure this is the level of the brand expected. Ended up buying what I wanted from Harvey Nichols.

This is by far the most poor, slow and pathetic customer service I came across in Dubai. Simply ridiculous.

As you walk-in, nobody seems to bother. You would literally sit on the couch waiting for the staff to be done talking.

The guy named Dmytro has a severe attitude problem. He was rude, pushy and talking in a very unprofessional manner. "Sorry Sir, there is nothing I can do", that was the only response I was getting. And I was just thinking: "Why is the customer here?". Seems like Valentino does not seem to bother about their public image having the people with such a bad manners working for them.

Forget about the return policy. It does not exist. They would use any lame excuse not to return/exchange the item. I purchased 3,800 AED shoes, but it felt a bit tight on the side. 1 day later went back to exchange for a bigger size, "Sorry Sir there is nothing we can do. There are some scratches on the bottom". But there is the twist. THESE SCRATCHES WERE ALREADY THERE WHEN WE PURCHASED THE SHOES.

The "manager" named Marina was not much of a help either.

Bottom-line. Stay away, this is a fraud.

Suggestion to Valentino. You either train your people or hire a new ones. Simple!

Never again.

The worst service ever; i have been to the store over 5 times, all i need is a tiny screw for my bag. They keep telling me that they will call me for the part, well guess what its been a year already and im still waiting for the call, the microscopic screw that they are making wait for and worst of all is i cant use the bag. Awful, atleast have the deceny to call your customer and apologize for the delay.

I am very willing to say thank you to one of the very nice staff working in Mall of Emirates Valentino's boutique Mr Dmytro who support me with repainting my shoes.
He was so kind and caring and very responsible person.

Great Brand but the response of staff is very slow when a customer enters you don't feel that brand has justice. They should work on their attitude to customers as they are the ones who would provide them. I hope they become better after this pandemic.

Most unprofessional staff. Dropped off my shoes for repairing the studs. No one calls me to say if they are finished. No one picks up the phone. My shoes are still sitting somewhere. Management needs to fire all and rehire.

WORST EMPLOYEES I have ever dealt with. The employee had told us in the shop that when we buy a heel from them we can take it home and try it on and come back if we want to change it for another(P.s there was a small smudge under the heel and the employee told us it's okay and it's not a big deal as it was last piece and we Naively buy it). When we came back to change it for another design as we didn't like the fit. The employee went ahead and started accusing us of having woren the heel out (looking at the same smudge from before). Their lack of communication and rudeness makes me want to never shop at a VALENTINO shop again
