I recently had a fantastic experience with Fixperts Shop located in the Mall of Emirates. I reached out to them for iPhone and Laptop repair after my devices got damaged due to a hard drive issue. Initially, I had low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received.

From the very beginning, the support team, customer service, and tech support were all top-notch. They were fast, attentive, accurate, and reliable, ensuring that my needs were met right from my initial inquiry until the final indoor delivery, which I didn't even expect.

Although Fixperts Shop may not be the largest company, they have certainly earned my trust as they are honest, reliable, and provide excellent service. I appreciate their transparency, as there was no cheating or overpricing involved. Their pricing was reasonable, and their approach was kind and courteous throughout the entire process.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Sakkir and the entire staff who contributed to the amazing repair and assisted me from my first phone call to my personal visit and the safe delivery of my items. I recently repaired 2 designer leather bags from them and they did a great job! You can’t even tell where it was damaged. The prices are reasonable too!

They brought back a leather bag that was at the end of its life. The service quality, helpfulness of the staff and delivery time is all 5 stars.
So happy with the communication and the end product I received.

Obaid / Ubaid at the MOE outlet is prob one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever met. Went with a keyboard issue on my Mac and he was giving a receipt for “accepting the MacBook in dead condition as the motherboard ‘could’ have been dead too). Seemed like the guy was running a scam. Chose to take the MacBook to Apple instead.

Had lunch here. Traditional rustic pub, the menu is varied with a good selection. I would say the food was fine but it didn't live up to the menu. I would go here again if I was in battle but it didn't quite meet expectations. Service was a little slow buy polite and friendly

Food was very good. I really enjoyed the steak a d chips. The waitress was friendly and polite. The chap behind the bar wasn't particularly enthusiastic to see us but perhaps he'd had a bad day.

The food and menu were truly excellent. Gourmet standard. Service was quick and friendly. Hardly any wait time on the food. Definately will dine there again

What a lovely Inn. Steeped in history and came with all of the things we expected, creaking floors and amazing historical artifacts. The staff were amazing and looked after us. Lauren served us breakfast every morning which was lovely and Ella and Tracey looked after us in the bar in the evening. Thanks ladies. Had an amazing sirloin steak meal thanks to the chef. The room was clean and comfortable and warm. We will definitely be back. We had a lovely relaxing break. Thank you. 10/10

Great service, top quality food and great atmosphere. Warmly recommended!

We had the chicken, portobella steak and squash wellington and desserts. Everything was really fresh, clearly home made and well seasoned. The best restaurant food all of us had in a long time. Great vegan options as well.

Just come back from a Sunday roast. All 5 of us were excited to see every roast options under the sun compared to many other places that only offer a small section of choices. Cheques had Lamb, pork , beef chicken and vegetarian options available. Service was swift and and relaxed. Just what you need on Sunny wintery afternoon. Well and truly stuffed…. Lovely!

Very nice lunch at the Chequers, we had the minute steak, bearnaise sauce and handcut fries,which was excellent. This was followed by a very good sticky toffee pudding with marshmallow and ice cream. The menu has a good selection and the staff are all pleasant and helpful.
