Terrible job with gel polish. It chipped on Day 5.
On approaching the customer complaint department, I was informed that nothing can be done as it is beyond their 72hrs policy. The only response was "Thank you for your feedback. We apologize and will try to do better next time." Despite being a regular customer, there was no offer to fix it.
Never returning to waste my money here again and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Unfortunately, the staff in the Dubai mall Branch is completely different than in other places. They are always in a hurry. They are not as friendly as in the other branches. Two ladies were working on my hands one hand had another shape and the other another. After asking the technician she didn’t even say sorry. She said they are the same. One was almost round and the other square as I usually get them done. I do know that we all are humans and we do mistakes. But communication is the key. When the manager or whoever she was the person in charge came she also didn’t understand why I was angry. It’s not the shape my nails will grow again. But it’s the Service you give to your customers.
I have been going there a few times but am still not satisfied with the service.
I would rather recommend going to the business bay branch festival city or even Barsha. There they know how to treat a client
