I tried this on my birthday when I was four months postpartum. (Was allowed to do so since it was a normal delivery).
The training, staff everything was excellent. They try to keep the environment calm and light just to help us deal with that anxiety.
Was my first experience and I wanted to quit in middle as I felt like my body isn't supporting. But instructor Ibrahim was so patient throughout. I could take both the flights successfully thanks to my instructor.
Tips:
1. Reach before your booked slot as instructed
2. Wear comfortable clothes and tight shoes
3. Try to not wear and jwellery, watch
They provide the photo/video in a pen drive which is 75AED per person which is unnecessarily expensive I must say. I took the flight with my husband and asked if I can get photo and video for both of us in single pendrive for 75 they denied. We took my photos only and the quality is not worth it. The video in our phone is much better than thiers. And I need to install HVEC decoder to play these videos on laptop. I feel bad for wasting 75 AED????
Overall satisfying experience. The camera quality is disappointing plus the transparent walls of tunnel needs to be cleaned, it will help get better photo video from outside.
