Slow service, untrained staff. They are offering a 20% discount upon completing an online survey. When presenting the voucher, they make excuses and claim that it is not valid on all items. This, however, is not mentioned anywhere.

Always my favourite spot to get good quality t-shirts of plus size. And they have genuine perfumes. Got good ones in offer. Mr Mike in perfume section was professional and friendly, got gifts also on purchasing perfumes.

Too many consultants jumping on you and trying to sell you something. When you politely say that you don’t need help, someone else approaches you again. Terrible experience for people who want just quietly shop by themselves. Never be back again

Poor service in the forever new section. I waited 25mins or more at the pay section for the lady on the floor to be found and she wasn’t. I was told she will contact me which she did. She took my details and was meant to call me back to confirm availability of what I needed but didn’t thereafter. I had to go back a week later (today) and once again received really stand off treatment from the lady on that section and was only helped by Lita the sales manager.

Absolutely atrocious service, and returns policy. For a global brand to only have a returns policy of 7 days for a refund, seems utterly ludicrous. It differs so vastly from other shops, that it needs to be highlighted very clearly upon purchase, but it was never mentioned. Having missed the 7 days due to being out of the country, my only option was an exchange on the spot, not even a credit note was possible.
To make matters worse, staff member Eva originally agreed to the refund, but this was overruled by Princess and then followed by bad and obnoxious service. I left the shop with the same unwanted dress, as I didn't have time to shop around for an exchange. Awful way to treat customers.

Shopping experience was good and the trial room staff was very helpful. The store has many brands with a good collection. HOWEVER THE BILLING COUNTERS ARE ALMOST NEVER OPEN

Debenhams at the Mall of the Emirates is a fantastic place for shopping. Prices are reasonable. Famous and luxury brands are available here. The national discounted sales is on going and that's good.
