the first minute she “helped” us with our purchase. When I tried the pendant she was trying to remove my own VC&A pendant very brutally and without care of my piece of jewellery. I had to ask her to stop or it would have been broken for sure. I daily put my necklace on and off without any issues. While trying the necklace, she was on her phone and ignored my questions. I have never seen or been treated this way in any of the other luxury shops I have been before. I will never buy to this particular shop that doesn’t not represent VC&A care and attention to customers that I had in previous purchases. I talked to the manager of the shop and she did offert to help me having a better experience but it was way too late after their employee belittled my mom.
