A big Thanks to - JAY- he was very very helpful, he deserves 5 star. But, other staff won’t help you unless you ask. I noticed price is quite high, or maybe because I don’t shop much that’s why I was surprised that stuff like that was so expensive. Also noticed, staff stayed much in the front near the entrance but no one assisting customers inside. And JAY assisting multiple customers.

Good place to shop.
Big and good design.
May be needs more signage.
Have what you want.
Need to display as well the prices and not to look inside the item.
Good service
Employees are very helpful as well
The place is clean and cheerful.

Bought a tshirt and they told me i will be able to refund within 3 days! Went to mcc branch to refund they refuse claiming that i can only exchange!
I have been given wrong information by unprofessional staff ????????

Excellent store management and customer service. A good team with customer relation building Store manager Mr. Sharique know how to encourage customer buying experience. A very good store environment for healthy shopping. Confidence building store manager present on the floor to assist buying experience and staff motivation. I will strongly recommend people to visit the sun and sand mall of emirates for sports stuff.

It's nice, one of the biggest branches, huge varairy, alot of staff there , very few of them are friendly , almost no one has the right / needed information

Ps : if you are looking for a wide size shoes , it's only one model was there in May and US 12 wasn't there
I asked many of them until only one got what I mean and he showed it to me

In a bit shell, go there if you know what you want not to ask

Everything is over priced. They are listing the original price as the discounted price. Very few things are actual good offers.

Extremely Extremely Extremely Extremely Bad experience!
The cashier was Extremely Rude and misguided me ,therefore couldn't use my card touchpoints because of his misguidance.
Will Never purchase from mall of emirates branch ever.
Don't trust the Cashier regarding any information there.
