Attentive staff, great customer service - the Arabic sales person - Ghasim is exceptional seller, has great customer service and super kind. Highly recommend to visit the shop, the collection is a bit smaller than in the mall, prices are slightly cheaper in comparison with Dubai mall, perhaps by 5%, only shoes/bags and few wallets. Somehow good shop to visit before hopping on the plane.

Worst customer service ever!
Not smiling to the passengers
They will look to you rudely if you will not gonna to buy or you will ask them about something
Really it’s a mess
I visited the store in terminal 3 and one lady there
I’m the one who started to great her and she didn’t reply even directly
Not smiling at all
She have rude attitud
