Easy to access, no crowds, customer friendly displays and staff, very organised.
Large resting and recreational areas, lots of shopping options for taking back memories and souvenirs. Resting area had soft cushion chairs and recliners for that much needed relief. Charging points with international sockets, smooth wifi, water dispensers, prayer rooms, changing rooms etc, all available.
Saw the Self service baggage drop but didn't use this time.

I had an incredible experience flying with Emirates, thanks to their exceptional employees! Mr. Naji did an outstanding job organizing the boarding pass queue, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Mr.Sayed was equally impressive in managing the luggage queue, making sure everything was well-organized and hassle-free. And I can't praise Mr.Muhammad Asyraf enough for his dedication and professionalism as part of the flight crew. His warm and friendly demeanor made the journey even more enjoyable. Kudos to Emirates for having such remarkable individuals on their team!

And it happened multiple times!
Ground stuff simply don’t know their job, starting with just simple greetings- hello, good morning… nothing!
Everything you need to do or find out, they walk you through the whole airport till you find it and it’s so frustrating! And still, they have attitude!
