Excellent secure building mostly families and business people.
Great security team
Easy to ask for maintenance and having the management office in the building is very helpful.

Worst bldg I ever stayed in because of the terrible experience I had with the greedy owner/manager. They will rip you off for every single penny they can get away with! 5 years I stayed here and they charged me for every little thing inside the small studio flat! It cost me an unbelievable AED7,200/- (including my security deposit of AED3k gone with the wind!) No wonder they stopped me everytime I wanted to move out my stuff because they said I didn’t have clearance!, but that clearance they didn’t give before the final inspection! (which in other bldgs usually happen AFTER the tenant moves out!). They wanted me to pay more than double of my security deposit, in cash!, before I could finally leave after spending the whole day waiting and waiting in vain for that clearance!!!, and yes, there are cockroaches (even at the hallway) and rats in this bldg! Thankfully, I got out of that hell. No more ridiculous chiller bills!

Last year I was in that building. It has very poor maintenance and admin people don’t bother your issues.
There were lot of rats and cockroaches. In my flat itself they caught 7 rats one by one and still there is.. while moving out they put very very high charges. All of my deposits been lost and asked to pay additional.

I lived in this Building for a year. Very bad Experience unprofessional People at Saif Al Shamsi & Sons Admin Office in Ground Floor, Building full of Rats and Cockroaches and Maintenance is very bad and you will have to Pay a lot money to landlord while moving out.

I Recommend not to live in this building.
