Deserved a 5-star but I had to leave my food to go back to the counter twice first for cutlery ordered 4 meals and got a set short. Second time for napkins they provided only one how ridiculous. And also got a really dirty look from this female staff for asking her how they made me come over to the counter twice could they not do something better and properly count? Otherwise, everything would have been fine. I hardly leave anyone anything below 5 stars if they just showed courtesy and effort.

This is the whole reason fast food businesses have a screen for orders in the queue so that their staff pretty much give 110% before calling the order number to collect.

What a shame that staff like her is hired I will rather starve than be served by her. I even got her name but still gave her a chance. Jollibee management to look into this and train some of their staff that without customers they don’t exist.

I have been ordering Jollibee since 2019 and the food, service were always on spot. I highly recommend you too try this cuisine and enjoy your meal with a smile. The packaging was well managed and food is yummy as always ❤️

Decent for the price, ideally 3.5 star rating.
Chicken was seasoned well and the rasher combination worked for me.

Pretty standard Jollibee in terms of food and it's quality. The staff and service was sub par. At best. They were poorly mannered and rude.

I ordered a meal with original fried chicken for take away..ofcourse i didnt check it because its take-away when i got home and start to eat when i open all of the chicken was spicy????u200d????How can i eat it if i have gastro and i can't eat that much spicy.....

Haist sana next time please pakinggan po mabuti yung order.......di ko na nakain yung food napamigay tulog and i end up eating pansit canton :(

Once encountered MJ(Team Leader), I ordered 3 sets of meal and she gave me a bill which is higher than the meal cost I ordered. And you know what??? She's showing the bill in my face and telling me that it was my order (Which i knw what i have ordered and calculated the cost). She also charged me twice and told me that the first transaction will be refunded within 24 hours, unlucky till now its not reflecting in my account!

whatever your nationality is. You must try Jollibee. This staff who took our order was so nice. keep on smiling kabayan, spread happiness. Regarding the food all was okay aside from the spaghetti thats a little salty, maybe only bcos of my taste bud. Im not into salty things but thats as usual i guess in pastas, but please add more cheese to balance the taste. The rest was tasty.

Very unprofessional staff the african lady. I ask them to switch my drinks to a small gravy cause I don’t have much time to wait for my drinks to prepare but she doesn’t want to give me for a small favor. It’s very big deal for her and she talk like a owner of Jollibee ???? I’m dubai mall staff aswell but please take action for that it’s not good if you are in my position on that time. ????
