They will keep empty offices without agents and give you limited number of clients to serve and you have to wait for hours to get it done.. They are not even hiring agents to cover the delay gap and respect your time

The customer service representative is displaying an unhelpful and unfriendly attitude, causing the biggest outlet in the region to receive negative reviews. Worst part including manager he doesn’t want to understand the situation and acting like he is busy and going inside the office without attending look at the floor. Both pictures were posted for the review.The management should take a closer look at how their customer service is being handled.

I visited many times this branch always got very bad service. They always try to refuse they will insist you can try online today i vist for cancelation business sim they said for the business first get online appointment then come even i'm standing in the front of ticket counter but they refused by mistake i choose DU please stay away from Du specialy Dubai Mall Branch.

Although it took a bit of time(like 30 minutes, but all my questions were answered, the staff are super super friendly, Mr Syed Kazimmuddin was so knowledgeable, understanding and helpfull...
I give my rating as 5 stars for the superior quality of staff.
