Take the time to check Google reviews before purchasing from “Pure Gold”. I usually don’t rush into a purchase without doing so and try and learn more about the gold/weight/cost of gold prices while in Dubai but I mistakenly rushed the process and purchase from them. Be ready to pay over 1/3 the cost of gold had you gone to a more reputable seller. I’m sure since they are located at the Dubai Mall many customers get dubbed into thinking they are legitimate and honest seller, THEY ARE NOT. Save yourself the trouble, look elsewhere.

I was a faithful client to pure gold until this morning . I generally have 2 bracelets in my right hand , one of those bracelets is from pure gold I looked at the color and the bracelet was turning into red while it is white gold , the other bracelet color is fine as I believe the quality is super good and didn’t cheat me . I bought many things and was planing to get all Christmas gifts from them but no way their gold isn’t trustworthy !

I have purchase ear rings and neckles with Burmese Ruby mounted on it . I have paid by card , it was told to us that invoice will be mailed to you next day . We bought on 20th Sept , but I have still not received any invoice . Their claim of Burmese Ruby is also questioned . I have paid 5227 dirhams , but found there response pathetic . Don't trust pure gold . They are cheating people , especially those who plan shopping at last hour ( flight on same day ) .

I was robbed for my money, I'm extremely disappointed in the service and what I was guaranteed, my wife wanted her ring resized and they went with what they wanted not what we wanted and ring was still not resized properly and my chain was ment to be fixed as promised and broke week later, I am not happy with they service and it was very unprofessional, would be nice to have refund?
