Waited for 10 mins just to get the token, and when I got a token for customer service, even though there was 0 waiting before me, I had to wait for 20 mins & finally my number got called.
Not sure why they have to do their briefing or staff meeting when the customers are waiting to be served.
Very limited service available, 25dhs per month just to get a statement. Ask anything and they will say come in the morning time.
Wouldn't recommend this branch/bank.

Such a wonderful Customer Service from Emarati gentleman name call Mr. Mohamed Alansaari . I was in Hurry to get my 3 months statement. Immediately he was Assist me . In 5 min job Done . Thank you Again Mr. Mohamed . Keep it up the outstanding work.

I entered the bank around 10:10 am, there was few customers on waiting area immediately after I got my ticket, I waited for 10 minutes before my number! I was attended by Mohamed Muhammad junaid khan who was extremely helpful, he was friendly and assistance! My acc was blocked due to doc expiration! He did everything he could and he managed to resolve the issue! He is a good person who loves what he does! I was satisfied

Very bad customer service, they dont mind people are waiting for hours just for a small process. When I asked the staff, they just say it will come. They dont even try to emphatize. Dont go to the same branch or better transfer to another bank. Everything is very inconvinient, peoples time are precious, all of us are here for work and it seems like they dont give much importance.

If there is an option of big 0 star rating, I preferred that. Waited for 40 minutes to get the ticket. After got the ticket the security lady told me that there is some priority customer arrived so I have to wait again. I waited another 50 minutes and the bank was not busy at all. Very very poor customer service

I travelled All the way from Al rigga to dubai mall to unblock my card. With my all necessary documents. After waiting so long he said for this service you should come morning.what type of service they do in evening I want to know . Disappointed with Emirates Islamic Bank banking for nine years.

When you request to withdraw cash they ask for one day notice plus there is no clear channel to communicate this notice, and the call center is always pushing you to the branch and the branch push you to the call center. And the impact at the end on the customer.

Staff and managers lacks proper training before handling the role and customer service is not their priority

If this is not solved I advice the readers to find another bank. Probably an international bank

Worst financial institution, they don’t care about customer, they care to show them self right despite circumstances reflected on the customer. There is no honesty dealing with you, fake answers in all situations
