The worst banking experience. We need to wait almost an hour to get customer assistance..I got the token at 11:20 and served at 12:58..Only one person is attenting customers quickly..If im not mistaken the person Name is Mr.Bari(5/5)..the rest 2 counters is like a slow-mo movie..Attitude of the person who assisited me is ????…

Management should check the google reviews..all of the reviews is only with one star of rating..

The worst costumer service I have seen in my entire life!!!
Everyone from the security guard to the branch manager acted like they didn't even want to be there. We are costumers, not beggars asking money from their personal pockets. I waited for almost an hour to just update my Emirates ID and the Egyptian Man on the counter treated the non-english/non-arabic speaking costumers like dirt. Watching it made me uncomfortable, no basic breeding, no manners!

Worst experience.. came to bank morning at 10:15 am, now its going to 12:00pm still not my turn. for serving 9 people total time 2.5 hours with 5 active counters.. i didn’t understand what staff is doing.. poor customer service

If only I could post a review WITHOUT GIVING A STAR! this branch doesnt deserve any star at all. I went there to update my emirates ID and the security guard told me to come back next time as they cannot accommodate me claiming that they have a lot of costumer waiting.. To think that they are still open. So, am I not a costumer???
It was 8pm and they are still open til 10pm! They are sending away their clients!!! i was really irritated the way that guard treated me.

Would suggest to increase the staff attending to your customers. 1:75 ratio of staff to customers is not good. Waste of time to be honest. 4 counters with 1 attending staff. Plus if someone know the staff they can just get ahead in the que?? What is the use of your number systems then?? Not a good experience.

How can i post a review without giving any star, too bad service, no organized queue, employees will sit and talk to their friends meanwhile 100 of customers are waiting, don’t do my mistake and come to this branch, I’m writing this comment while I’m in the branch waiting for my turn for more than one with SERO customers done!!!

Poor Customer Service! no priority lane for PWDs, Pregnant Women. You need to get token and wait for your turn. Spent my Time for more than 1 hour. I would like to suggest to make one (1) counter for PWDs,Pregnant Women.
