The staff were nice, the prices were good considering that there was a big sale. But when I went home and took the shoes and bags out, the shoes were great but the bag was lopsided. What I don’t understand is how this wasn’t caught by the staff or company.

Bought a pair of shoes from them from Mirdiff city center Dunes and they promised to deliver at Mall of Emirates. Had to chase them for it after 4 days they said it is already in MOE and when i went to pick up they had no clue pathetic customer service and now I am calling Mirdiff City center no one is bothering to pick up the call
a very unhappy customer

Very bad experience ❌❌❌❌ستاف ديون مردف في دبي من اسؤا الناس ،، قمه في الوقاحه ،، رحنا نسترجع فلوس شنطه اخذناها و ما نباها قالت الموظفه انتظرو ساعه بعطيكم Gift receiptانتظرنا ساعه مع انه عندنا مشاوير مهمه ومب فاضيين بعد الساعه يت قالت والله ماقدر اسوي لكم شي انتظرو زميلتي بس تاخير في تاخير ومافي اسلوب في الكلام ابدا ثم قالت تعالو الساعه الفلانيه بتكون جاهزه خلتنا نروح مشاوير احنا في غنى عنها بهدف ننتظرها تخلص الشغله رحنا و رجعنا ما خلصو شي ، طلعنا خلاص طفح الكيل اخرتنا اكثر من ساعتين ونص رحنا خلصنا مشاورينا خذنا تقريبا 4 ساعات و رجعنا وهم لسى مب مخلصين !!!!! مافيي ايي نوع من المهنيه لا في التعامل ولا في العمل اتمنى يؤخذ فيهم اجراء باسرع وقت لانه وجودهم غلططط
