While the service was exemplary, and the presentation charming, the food itself was quite a letdown. Although my wife and I are not Indian, we both have grown up with and appreciate authentic Indian cuisine and this was far from it. The Butter Chicken and Rogan Josh were bland, while the butter garlic Naan was mediocre and not what I would expect from a more upscale establishment. The highlight was being able to pay through "Qlub" at the table by scanning a QR code, which I found to be convenient.

They have a new menu that really surprised me and elevated the quality of their food. Very well conceptualized and fits the international taste. Serving is good and would definitely try this restaurant again.

Ordered via Noon. Food is not worth the price.
❌Less dishes for a North Indian meal/and less quantity too.
❌Average Taste

Although its portrayed more like a british indian cuisine, it was more conventional indian taste. Little mild on the spices though. However, taste is quite for most of the options we have tried. Service is also impressive with relatively average waiting. Ambiance and seating is spacious with decent distance from adjoining tables.

A very pleasant Indian food experience. Anyone who is a fan of Indian Street food would love the appetiser platter. Kache gosht ki biryani (mutton biryani) was delicious, not too spicy and meat was very tender a 9/10. Bbq platter was a good mix of kebabs however, it felt a bit under cooked. Overall a nice Indian cuisine experience.

Went there today and noticed 2 cockroaches on our table, we shifted to another table immediately. After placing order, informed the waiter about the cockroach, the waiter never apologized or even acknowledged the incident. After a few minutes, we again noticed another cockroach coming out of their side station where the plates are kept, again I showed to another waiter, he killed it immediately and mentioned they recently did pest control (he also didn't apologize) while eating, another cockroach was seen on the wall coming towards where I was eating. I called another waiter and he killed it and casually ignored what I had to say. I would like to point out the manager Keerti who was on duty, never approached our table to acknowledge the incident, Noone apologized (I expected atleast the manager to do it, he never even came to the table even after the waiter telling him) the only thing good was the food and service was fast. I'm not trying to ridicule anyone but this needs to be addressed and your staff needs to get proper training given by a professional, how to handle such situations than just ignoring. Basic courtesy of checking back, how is everything, apologize when an issue keeps happening 4 times. I have also worked in hospitality industry for more than 10 years and this type of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Hope the management would address this issue seriously and take the right action to prevent it from happening again. Thank you.

We were excited to go to Peppermill for the ambiance from outside was great. The staff was polite and welcoming.

However, the food itself is nothing to comment about. Just another average restaurant, but a little too price for the quality. It was surprising that the chutney was served in a plastic plate and main plate itself did not look very clean.

A nice quiet restaurant located at Dubai festival plaza near Ikea. The restaurant had a fair number of patrons on a Friday afternoon. The food options are plenty to choose from. Their mixed grill platter and Indian chaats are yumm ....as were their biryanis. Do give this place a try. ????

Nice place for the price.
I find the staff accommodating too.
Love the spa… won’t get for that price. If monthly membership.
Need to be precautionary about health and safety.
Find deals in January or sometimes there are in summers .. worth the payments if find a deal for both spa, swimming and gym.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Rahul Agarwal (A last year medical student) during my appointment at fullwell cross medical centre, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. He demonstrated a level of care, professionalism, and expertise that left a lasting impression on me.

Throughout the appointment, Mr. Rahul Agarwal displayed a remarkable depth of knowledge, explaining complex medical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

As a cancer patient you always get told to see your GP by the hospital and to see the hospital doctors by the GP, I’m used to being pushed around from one place to another, but this GP was awful. Dr Hamidi didn’t even examine me, refused to even engage in anything, I felt like I was neglected and not a human being suffering from cancer. She was too incompetent to prescribe anything for my symptoms and brushed me off. Awful doctor. Just another awful doctor from an awful practice. Better off registering at a smaller practice where they will treat you like a person.

worst surgery ever... have been put on hold with the prescription team for 1 hour and nobody attended my call. All i wanted was to send my prescription to the pharmacy.. I dont know if they are short on staff or dont bother taking the call. New patients can register elsewhere.

On the 6th of June 2023 around 9:40 I had a blood test appointment. The worst experience ever!!!! The women that took the blood test was horrible. She was racist, rude, she treated me like an animal and the process was so so so painfull. She was the worst. I DONT KNOW WHY DO YOU STILL KEEP THESE PEOPLE. She was the worst human being I have ever seen in my life. Very unprofessional, very very rude, her behaviour was unhuman, unempathetic, 0 compassion, very dirty she didnt even had gloves on, i dont even know if she sanitised her tools, i dont even know if she used new ones, the worst the worst!!!! Shame to who keeps her still emplyed. Unfortunatly I didnt get her name. My arm is still sore, pitch black, in pain and i cant move my arm. This is an honest comment, the truth.

On Mar 6th, we scheduled a blood test for our child, but upon arrival, we were informed that the medical center did not have appropriate bottles for the test. Consequently, we had to reschedule the appointment and asked the receptionist to rebook it. We were assured that the new appointment was set for March 13th. However, when we arrived for the appointment on March 13th, we were informed that no booking was made under our name, and we needed to schedule a new appointment. We are very disappointed with the service provided by this medical center and frustrated with the repeated issues we have encountered. We doubt that this review will have any impact since it is not the first time they have received a one-star rating.

I would like thank you to the all dedicated staff at the practice! Particularly Dr Dhillon and Dr A Mehta, thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful concern in regard looking after my family, and providing us with excellent medical care. Also ladies at the front desk are very cooperative and doing very difficult job.
Your roll with workplace challenges, keeping your patients as your top priority. Every day, ALL you make a big difference. Highly recommend the practice!

Patients queries are not answered with respect. Receptionist is very rude. Had her own answer even before listening to Patient's queries. There were many other staffs listening the conversation but not trying to resolve. I just want to remind the surgery team that customers for the gp surgery are Patients. They come to receive service what they are eligible for. Learn to treat with respect. GP surgery is not a business spot .
