I bought a puma shoe for my kid on
11th Oct from your DCC branch for 629 dhs and was shocked to hear from your sales person Mr Anup that there is no carry bag as it's finished and I have to buy a reusable bag for 10 dhs. Well I can understand charging for a carry bag but not for 10 dhs. Can you please see into this. I was suppose to return the shoes, but just walked out of the store carrying the box because my kid liked the shoes.

I returned an item i bought online in your dcc branch last may 23, they told me i can get my refund in 3-5 days. Its been 1 week but still no refund. I called your customer service but i was told to wait for 21 days excluding weekends! It’ll take 1 month for me to get my money back? And the guy Akmad who answered me at around 12:50 pm on June 30 is very rude! When i asked him why it’ll take 21 days he hung up on me! Shame on him!

Anop is a hidden gems in Footlocker DCC. Even though he was so busy he managed to check the pair that I want in other Branch and he found that in Mirdif city centre. Because of that I got my pair NMD triple white for customisation ????. If you want a good customer service look for Anop he is the main man!

all major shoes brands are Avialable here. But sometimes stocks are limited in term of sizes for popular models. the new Fila brand is one of these with short supply.

The guy in City centre was genuinely nice he guided us right abd he even waited for me for more than hour to keep the shoe i chose, irrespective of that he if i get another shoe from another shop i may bot come back,,, but he did kept it for us,,,
It was really nice so instead of one shoe i bouggt two shoes from him

Same issues like others customers. They scammed me on black friday with promo “buy one get two”. They charged me more from my card than listed. Their support doesnt care.

Edit: I already contacted you. You wrote me, that you solve only customers, who have resident phone numbers. Its only excuse. You know very well, that Imnt the resident.

This white Friday, I went to Their outlet in Dubai Mall, they are having buy one get one offer, but they are cheating by inflating the tag price
