I'm not happy. I got a call yesterday and was told that I had to wait all day for the parcel and also pay for the delivery. I agreed. I waited all day, but no one came or called. What kind of service? Why can't I deliver a package for more than a week?

customer care is fast and nice. But the postal system itself is questionable.
Why are there delivery charges for goods from abroad, apart from customs duty?
I pay a not-so-cheap amount of money at the origin of the shipment.
And the delivery staff are not very attentive. I hope that the postal system will become a postal system that people will like to use.

My order 37260224 is not delivered yet!! On March 18, your courier called and said that he was ready to deliver the order for an additional fee, to which I replied that I had paid the shipping costs and there should not be any additional payments !! I asked him to wait to check it first. I recently known that my order has been canceled and ready to be returned back??!! I DIDN’T AGREE to a return! Why is my order being returned without my consent???!!! At first I just wanted to clarify and check about the additional payment for delivery costs, despite the fact that I paid all the shipping costs!!

Very bad service . And not nice employees at all . Never dealt with employee that rude ; always have to pay extra fees but not only ! They always say my package is not there , while on the delivery app it says it has reached the post office ???? and when I go to the other office 2 min walk away from the post office , they find my package suddenly. Like a miracle . It happened a few times already . Not helpful at all , I have to struggle to get my stuff all the time

This office is very poor and lazy. My item arrived in your office 4 days in your office and no one cares to call or get it to my location. Now I called the office he said my item has been sent back , while the tracking says my item is still in your office. I have every of my details on the item including address and phone number. What kind of humans working in that office ????????????.

OK it is clearly a shady business practice. I have been ordering online games many times and the shipment come directly to my workplace's PO Box. However, this time I received call from Emirates Post that package cannot be delivered and I have to pay delivery fees along with custom duty.

I wondered may be due to large package size it cannot be send to the PO Box. However, it was normal size and they have charged 25% custom duty on declared value + delivery fees. Totally unacceptable.

You guys better buy from Amazon or take DHL if ordering from other websites. Believe me, it would be less expensive.

Very very disappointed.

I am sorry but very bad customer service.

I entered my work address for delivery on whatsapp and immediately realised i wasn't working today, So i contacted through chat and asked how can i change the address, he mentioned i can only change once they will have the parcel. And today when i received a text saying my parcel was out for delivery, I contacted again and the person told me now i cannot change the address as its already out for delivery. It was very urgent for me to have it today itself. And now he says that they cannot deliver it today. Really disappointing experience. I wonder why banks cannot use any other courier service or give us a choice to select a service of our choice.

Botany Bay CL near Aylsham
A lovely CL big pitches table and chairs to each pitch an information hut , there is a style from the site leading onto the heath and into the woods . Aylsham garden centre is just down the road which does lovely meal , there is shops in Aylsham to do a bit of shopping , Holt Sheringham and Cromer are not far away .
