I had to intervene the standard delivery process of Emirates Post to get my Emirates ID from the head office. The reception immediately understood my request and helped me by making a quick call internally. I was due to travel in a few hours and this assistance really helped me out in going ahead with my plans without any obstruction. Overall, great experience and appreciated the support :)

bad service ever my shipment arrived 4 days ago, I got a call 2 days after that confirming my location to deliver, after that they told me they will deliver in 2 working days, no one contacted me after that, i called the call center and they told me the shipment will be delivered tomorrow then i asked if can called as I will be at work in the next day and will not be able to receive it the call center staff told me someone will contact me for delivery or collect but no call I called again and they told me they will call at 04:00PM and as I was expecting no one called, I believe it’s a mistake to send shipments by Emirates post.

The only plus point in all this is the last call center staff he cares and he call the delivery center to find out what is going on than he called me back and finally he arranges a pickup then went there to collect my shipment.

Bad Service, not qualified staff and personnel and don’t have the right device and tools. I wanted to pick up my package and the driver told me he don’t have the right device in order to scan the emirates ID. Also the call center are not responding/ picking up the phone. Such a waste of time

This is regretfully the worst courier firm! I always buy from Ali express and choose free deliver. the goods get delivered by other parties other companies than emirates post and they NEVER charge any penny. when it unfortunately came through emirates post they asked for 30 AED charge for an item that is worth 10 dirhams! 300% of its value!!! when I asked to pick it up myself they refused, I even asked to deliver to my company's POBox they also refused! I dont understand your logic behind this! instead of wasting so many resources to return back an item that has been in process for almost a month and then the customer refuses to get due to the unfair charge, you could have asked customer to collect! or at least charge a reasonable value in relation to the good's value!!

Extra charges are always added to my online orders from outside UAE 30 dirhams and taxes (even if the value of the order is 10 dirham) while almost all other shipping companies in UAE are delivering without any extra fees

I ended up asking the online store not to send anything to me through emirates post ever again as the free alternative are available

WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER! I PAID FOR PREMIUM SHIPMENT AS I NEED TO SEND AN URGENT DOCUMENT SOMEWHERE AND MY SHIPMENT GOT CANCELLED TWICE. MY DOCUMENTS GOT STUCK WITH THEM FOR ALMOST 5 DAYS! NO ONE EVEN INFORMED ME THAT IT GOT CANCELLED. I JUST TRIED TO TRACK IT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND FOUND OUT THAT MY ITEM STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ACTION HAS BEEN MADE! CANNOT RECTIFY THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!
