The people working here has nice attitude, it is because of the whole running system cause many inconvenience for users

This office is not crowded BUT unfortunately staff on counter is not in the mood to work , everytime I visit to collect parcel I should tolerate staff being rude to me as customer, please train staff about customer service , customers are paying for service and expect respect at least .
Please Empost look into this .
