I usually have coffee at the first branch of encounter and I love the coffee.
This time I have tried breakfast and I can say the scrambled eggs one of my favorites till now in Dubai.
Highly recommended.
Will definitely go back again for the scrambled eggs.

Love love love this cafe. I’m a huge fan of Tom’s creation - EatX :) so before it opened, I already had a great expectation of the cafe. Perfect spot for me as I go to ski Dubai all the time and it’s open early for me to have perfect coffee in the morning!
This time I tried the peri peri sandwich and ginger kombucha. The chicken is super tender and the bread is so fresh - fluffy inside and crispy outside. The sauce they use is yummy too! I prefer a bit more spicy for the peri peri, but to meet everyone’s spicy level, I think it’s good :)
Douglas - one of the staff is very friendly and helped me choose the menu when I couldn’t decide with some options. Thank you and looking forward to going back to try other things on the menu!

The best chicken burger i have tried so far. Its the spicy chicken burger..
The bun is so soft chicken is tender and fresh
The staff is so friendly
I love this place so much ♥️♥️

My struggle with specialty coffee shops have been always with how to select the best coffee bean according to my taste. At Encounter Mall of Emirates, I was so lucky to meet Douglas who was extremely helpful for me to select from their wide range of coffee beans all around the world. It was exactly as I wanted to be.. so balanced and perfect! If you’re in Dubai you have to visit this specialty coffee shop for their perfect coffee and amazing staff, also don’t forget to try their Portuguese tart with your dream mug of coffee.

Today was my first time there, definitely not the last.. The atmosphere was great, the cafe had a positive and cosy vibe to it.. The waiters were super friendly and accommodating.. Roner was my waiter and he was full of energy and so friendly.. I ordered a snack since I wasn’t very hungry.. First time for me to order a “polenta”.. I loved it, it was tasty and full of flavor.. Highly recommend this place!

Nice place and was great coffee.
V360 was amazing ????.
Portages Tart was very good.
Brownies are was good.
Service and the team was perfect.
Nice seating area in the mall of the emirates

Recommended place if you like special coffees.

We ate twice at Encounter whilst we were shopping in the mall. The first time the good was excellent with fresh ingredients, really tasty food and not what you expect from a restaurant in a mall. We decided to come a second time and had the Peri Peri chicken and classic chicken salad sandwiches....both were divine. We also had the custard French toast which was absolutely amazing. The waiter Douglas who served us from honestly one of the nicest people we have come across in Dubai and all of his recommendations were on point. We will be back on our next trip to Dubai for sure.

They have a variety of coffee beans (different origins) with manual brew options which allows you to choose the perfect coffee for you. The ambience is amazing either you want to share time with your friends or if you need to do some work in your computer. Recommended place!
