If I could put -10000 I would… the worst service ever, If you want to cancel your home plan, get prepared for 100 calls and an hours of waiting…you might get result in two month or so, after having breakdown and loosing all your nerves… and yes, at the end you will stay pay bill for a month you’ve not use your home internet, just because the haven’t canceled at the time….

If you have the choice to avoid them for home fixed services, it’s highly recommended that you do so. Very poor value proposition (cost, speed, fiber optics support and worst of all is customer support - by phone, mail and at branches). Avoid.

I would not recommend du as your b2c and b2b provider. Their home, office, du 4g postpaid 5G home Internet, services are all awful. They sign you up for 2 years and won't let u exit ever. Customer service cannot refund u even 25 fils and the concerned department does not exist on their organisation chart as they are responsible for resolving our problems. Du should learn from etisalat and virgin the basics of customer service.

The branch is very helpful to be in this area .

But unfortunately they have never staff to answer the customers .

There is 5 counters here but always there is only one person sitting on the counter .

You will need to wait minimum 2 hours to get your turn .

There is many customers in this area and i dont know why they don’t increase their staff to answer the customers.

Update:

I sat for 2 hours and after 2 hours they said the system is not working .

Lets to be kind to each other .

The worse customer service ever. I canceled my Bein subscription in February and they took 200 aed cancelation fees and from then each month i m in contact with them as they are still charging me till today for Bein. And each month they promise this month. I was even in contact with them on whatsap in May were they assured me this will be last month and still i was surprised to receive the bill this month including Bein subscription!!

Worst company! Worst customer service!!!!
Have requested for relocation services and was keep updating every day but until now no technical team called team called me! Feels like monkey’s working there not humans!
U didnt deserve even 1 star!!

Du in general is waste of time energy and everything but at the same time having a shop that doesnt provide customer care services especially when du issues happen makes it much worse.

( just need to mention i never saw in telecommunication history that a company stops providing the service to call another country without any explanation, info or notice so they block you from calling your own country ( none of DU numbers could call albania even from du staff and the moment you say i will switch company they still charge you for canceling contract)

Do not go here, I just want to simply buy a phone card and answer calls from friends, but here told me that I can only buy a card for 99aed, and I have to buy a 99aed package. I backed home checked that this 99aed package will automatically renewed, and only one du number can be called for free, with only 6G date , I checked on the app, and it only costs 25aed to buy a card without opening any package. . . . In fact, if the salesperson says he needs money, I can give him 100aed directly, and don’t use this to deceive me. I feel like I’m still living in the 18th century.
