I paid extra for express delivery same day 25Aed. I placed my order
Before 11:30Am..I called the customer service today and he told me they will not deliver today..this is the first and last I will order in Lacoste online. I don't have any problem when I ordered in Level shoes dubai mall...90 min delivery and free of charge.

Extremely disappointed with the service.5 ladies at the back end talking to each other and they dont even acknowledge the customer.
Cashier at the till helped me when I approached him .
Lacoste brand team needs to educate the team on customer service and selling skills.There are many other competitive brands in Dubai mall where people can visit
Will never visit the shop again

Hi. On or about the 15th May 2022, I bought a pair of Lacoste shoes from your store. However and strange enough when I tried to fit the shoes a few days ago, I unfortunately learnt that the shoes I took were all for the left feet. Kindly let me know how I can go about to replace one left foot shoe with a right one. I am not a resident in Dubai and was on a tourist from Nairobi, Kenya. Looking forward to a positive feedback. I will share the photos shortly. Many thanks.

Went to buy two shirts. First one on display had damage. Asked to bring new one. Arrived home to find only 1 shirt. Turns out it wasn't available in stock and they never bothered to let me know it was removed from my cart or not in stock. Just pack the bag and set him loose. So overall I wasted my time over some shirts with tiny green alligator. Also they never pick up the phone. If that's how Lacoste rolls then I guess that explains why he always sucked in tennis.
