horrible experience! i went on the 19th April to buy heels costs 3,800dhs today 20th i opened the package and saw it was used. how horrible from fendi ! i have proof and check for urself. plus i dint even get a compensation for it. as shown dated 19th april and i opened the box today 20th never worn and il never visit fendi ever. i called to compaint and i spoke to the manager and explaining everything to the manager of dubai mall fendi branch . and after telling them this is such a bad mistake they only offered an exchange for the damaged item not even a compensation for the huge mistake. not even a perfume to feel satisfied of even a lipstick what so ever. imagine how such a big brand can be so carefree and careless, with theyre customers considering the amounts that are being paid for theyr trust

Shopped recently & never coming back due to the poor behavior of their staff, especially Nancy. She’s disrespectful and lacks customer service. Their staff need to be taught to service clients one at a time, they also need to take courses in customer service mannerism, especially once again Nancy. I don’t think any client deserves to be treated that way.

All the staffs are very well educated about their product portfolio. Assisted us courteously and well mannered. Specially Basma she was very friendly and patient. It was a great experience.

I was there for three times in row. I had wonderful experience served with two of their employees. The third visit have ruined my full experience with Fendi. Her attitude was soooo rude and the product was not packaged!
