I am very fortunate to have entered into The Pottery Barn in The Dubai Mall and met their amazing in-house designer Shizah. From my first enquiry to the completion of setting up my two bedroom apartment, Shizah has been an absolute godsend. Shizah went way above and beyond in helping me to fully furnish my home and it looking a absolutely amazing. I can’t even remember how many hours I spent at the store but every minute was worth it. I’m new to Dubai and had no idea where to start but from the first meeting Shizah took control from concept, to design, to installation of the furniture, to even helping stage the whole apartment. Her attention to detail is phenomenal, she knows the Pottery Barn product lines so well and really knows what works with what. The staff at the store were also really helpful. Thank you Shizah so much, I would have been so lost without your expertise and guidance.

Bit misleading. I ordered items online, which I was going to pick up from the store. However, I was unable to because of a last minute situation and requested delivery.

On the website, for small items, it says that delivery is 30 AED. On the phone, it jumps up to 150 AED, because of a silly excuse about the items being in store and not at the warehouse anymore.

Wow, talk about going out of your way for the customer. It appears NOT. Now I have to arrange my own delivery.

A sales person named Burhan has given me exceptional service at the Dubai Mall store consistently the 3 times I visited the store during the last month. Each time he went out of the way to locate the things I needed. Even when off duty this evening, he responded and assisted me in an exchange. Sometimes it is the attitude of a sales person that makes one want to go to a store again .. and it has been so in this case.

Claries is always very helpful! She’s a great consultant with a big smile always! Thanks to PB and PB kids Dubai mall crew for their professional work and execution ! We loved our nursery design and set up ????!

Very bad online shopping experience, first I purchased a bunk bed and waited 5 days then customer care called and informed that stock not there, very good warehouse system!! . Now 14 days passed from purchase date and still no refund issued. Last time to deal with them.. Although I gave them options to replace with other model, they still refused.
Now I called and they said wait after the weekend to get your money..

Seriously USELESS customer experience team. I cant believe how this big company can hire people that have no clue what they are doing! In two days I got at least 10 wrong information. Its a bit alarming to be fair.

Never experienced worst service. I went to the Dubai Mall store and placed an order for 2 couches, dining table, 4 chairs, outdoor set, 2 chandleries & mirror & paid significant amount of money. After 3-4 weeks, I revived a call to say the dining table wasn’t available while it was confirmed in the order and paid for earlier. On the day scheduled for delivery, I only received the chandeliers, mirror & dining table despite many calls to confirm with them the delivery since I was moving in the next day. Now, I’m moving in without the furniture.
Totally unprofessional & un organized team and never will I buy or recommend them for anyone. Ah, and the auto reply will ask to contact the customer service which have been contacted several times. I truly wonder how this big name has this awful service

Terrible after-service for a large purchase order. You can't get through to Dubai Mall shop at all via phone. They seem uninterested in looking after you once you have ordered. Pathetic for such expensive furniture. 'Call customer service' - who will do nothing.

For a better experience - go elsewhere.
