Sometimes the staff is so nice and kind and other times, argh! They just r only sweet when u buy something from them. They even judge u. They ask for ur code and check what has we bought before. Pretty rude. But sometimes we get someone so nice who tell u to click n collect right there in shop from app so you can get discounts

Every time I come to this MCC branch they remind me with their kindness and professionalism why this branch is my favorite. Thank you for making me feel as your favorite customer the moment I enter the shop. Special thank to Cashier Ali for taking the extra mile always.

I have a love-hate relationship with Sephora. I love it because it mostly have the popular cosmetic brands but i hate it more because there's one time recently when the lady who attended me in MCC was really lovely but she was pushy I ended up buying a lot that I don't need. This is exactly why I only visited this store like once in 2 years because I always end up buying unnecessary because the staff are too aggressive! Even the gifts she gave me aren't considered as fairly generous.
Either they will ignore you completely or they will try to sell you a lot! I know that I always have the right to say NO but the introvert side of me is at the disadvantage. You will really go bankrupt when you leave this store and it left me traumatized. Never again Sephora, never again!

Their application is all good till you want to checkout. They inform you that the products you want can’t be delivered and then force you to pick up the products from specific Sephora branches even though there are other branches closer to your house.the worst part is when you reach the store. I had to wait close to an hour to get my product that I have already ordered online-whats the point of ordering online if you won’t deliver the items I want and then make me come to specific branches and then make me wait an hour in the line (atleast set up a counter for people who just want to collect their items) - instead of making the customer’s life easier with ordering online, it became way harder.

Worst experience ever! , i wanted to buy the dior tinted foundation and when i swatched the color and found what i want , the lady insisted that it is not my shade (she said she is a makeup artist for brides) and convinced me to buy another one that was too pink and dark . i wanted to return the foundation the next day ( i did not use it ) , the lady opened the package and she said it’s used and i could not return it!

Most miserable experience. I get the rush. But the employee gave me TWO of the wrong shade of blush and went to chat with her friend. I showed her which one I wanted and she gave me another one with a different name. I’m not stupid. If I didn’t look twice I would’ve paid for something I didn’t even ask for. She literally gave it to me without looking at me and went to stand and gossip with her friend that came to visit her, very disappointed and I feel very disrespected.

Worst branch ever, the customer service is terrible, I went to get a specific shade of foundation of a specific brand. When I asked to get me the product, the employee insisted that it’s not my shade even though I use it all the time, and kept convincing me with a different shade that doesn’t even match my skin! And when I refused she replied with an aggressive tone and rudely.
Please make sure you reach your employees some courtesy so they watch their mouth!

Im calling all branches, no one picks up. I try to contact them through WhatsApp, I get no answer. I try calling the toll free number on their app, it just stops at the language section. I've heard a lot about sephora but I never expected the customer service to astoundingly horrible. Would never recommend anyone to even think about calling or even asking anything from them. My first and last experience with them. Very very disappointed ????
