We went for a couples spa retreat during eid. Absolute value for money- we had a 50minute massage and an option to get a facial or body scrub and 25minute use of their private jacuzzi. Our masseuse were really good and made sure we are ok with the pressure they are using and if we are comfortable during the whole treatment. Only comment is for the scrub- I find it on the coarser side. We loved the whole experience so much we felt rejuvenated after the whole experience. Thanks again Softouch spa!

I chose the best place for the couple spa. After a lot of negative reviews with other 5 star hotels, I did alot of research and found them. The staff were professional and they literally made me feel relaxed. The best place to go for couples massage if you're looking for cleanliness and great quality of services.

Best masseuse ever NOVI!
(Sorry if I’ve spelled your name incorrectly, she’s a Filipino )
I’ve been to multiple spas but never gotten a massage as magical. She applies the perfect amount of pressure. I have to use the word “magical” for her massage as I’ve never had a massage that’s relaxed me as much despite having tried numerous spa in Dubai.

The only reason I’ve provided 3 stars is because I took my mom with me for spa as a surprise, she’s never been to a spa before as she’s not comfortable with strangers but has really bad joint pain. However, the masseuse she got ,an Indian lady (don’t know her name, hence mentioned nationality) did a terrible job of a massage. She didn’t do 1/4 of the steps NOVI did for me. She did not even press the feet or neck. The other parts were barely given focus. My mom told me all this once we left the spa. Else, I’d have mentioned this directly to Nadine.
I felt upset as this was my mom’s first time and she did not enjoy it at all and I couldn’t convince her how spa is good for aches.
I hope this genuine review doesn’t cost the job of the Indian lady, instead the company uses this and provides appropriate training to her. All the steps NOVI did should be taught to all the staff as a routine as I cannot explain how perfect Novi’s massage was.

My husband got his spa done by a male masseuse, who as per my husband was excellent.

I recommend a business not only based on the service but customer service is equally important to me. I totally recommend this spa on both accounts as the manager Ms Nadine is sweet , caring and puts customer satisfaction above all. I was very impressed by how customer centric they are.

They also have facilities such as jacuzzi (perfect temperature and perfect force of water , which isn’t the case at multiple spa that I’ve tried), sauna and steam.

I have booked a package for a couple massage with access to spa facilities. Everything from the beginning to the end was so nice!
The reception girl (sorry I didn’t ask her name) was super friendly and accommodating. She provided us with everything we need and assisted me to the spa room as well.
The place itself is very clean, relaxing and comfortable. Massage was great.
I loved also sauna and jacuzzi and I only wish if it was allowed for couple to use these facilities together but as per Dubai rules it’s separate.
Thank you so much for your warm welcome and we will definetely visit you again.

I have few favorite spots in Dubai for massage and don’t really like to try new places. But I got this as a gift and I was so happy for that. It was actually one of the best places I have done massage so far. Nice atmosphere, great therapist. It really helped to relax mind and body.

After trying several spa in Dubai, this place is my favorite. Excellent service and very nice facilities. From the moment that I call to book 'til the moment that I left I am so delighted. Staffs are also amazing Therapists and Manager! ????

I had a 60-minute message with my friend and the message was absolutely amazing. The service and message were professional and it was made sure that everything is to our satisfaction. I would definitely go for message again. After the message we also used the sauna, steem and Jacuzzi. All was clean and nicely prepared. 100% relaxation guaranteed.
