Recently registered with Practice. Reception staff enabled phone consult request with GP and thereafter appointment given. As a hearing impaired person, most impressed with GP, whose actions made communication easy for me. A simple positive and kind gesture in patient care.

Disgusting staff and management especially Dr Karen Hayes 79, Newton means based maniac and racist was abusive over the phone and also using profanities to get her point Across. Karen seemed really angry for some reason and even mentioned her colleagues son Haman as an example of a and I quote “ proper south asain” so offended so racist and a cant believe the calls aren’t recorded, so she claims as she laughed

Racist surgery, been registered here for 3 months and the checkings are really primitive and made my problem getting worse, hard to speak with a doctor face to face and also useless when you do, they told me that they can legally refuse to help me to go back to my own country to get checked, even if I am a Scottish settled citisen and living here since years. I had to go to the emergency hospital which diagnosed my issue and now I am getting a treatment that is working and I am back productive. If you wish to register here good luck.

Excellent service from ever member of staff. Cannot understand rude reviews. Given I have been in this practice since childhood and that was a long time ago I have always had the best of care .

Both Drs have been extremely kind. Dr K Hayes especially so. The admin team are so lovely I think they completely buck the trend of surgery staff. I'm eternally grateful for each of them. The 1 star reviews look like bots and have never been to Ibrox probably. ????

This has been our G.P. for 30+ years..this is an excellent practise..clerical staff are most efficient in what they do..both doctors are good at what they do..reassure you if you are concerned..Dr.Chita is always at that end of the phone and always takes time to listen to you and puts you at ease if you have any concerns..
THE NEGATIVE POINTS ARE UNBELIEVABLE..ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING..AM SURE OTHER REVIEWERS WOULD AGREE..
Keep up the good work..ignore the haters..

Do not go here they do not want to help you, should not be in health care absolute disgrace.
Got laughed at by a doctor with tears streaming down my face and denied being seen being only a couple minutes late after having FALLEN DOWN THE STAIRS on my way there. Instant massive bruise down my side. They didn't even want to check the damage and left a depressed girl sitting outside on the steps staring at traffic. For being literally less than 5 minutes late. I had phoned to let them know I was running two minutes behind as I had just fallen down stairs and reception told me verbatim.. don't bother coming. I live right next to the building. I was in pain. After leaving a one star review they formally KICKED ME OUT OF THEIR SURGERY via letter.
Do yourself a favour and go to midlock down the street.

Deleted me from the system, due to a change in address, without permission while waiting for bloods/in the middle of investigations to be performed so now without GP to report blood results in 2 days.
