The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Great hotel, very beautiful view from the window. The rooms are clean and have everything for complete convenience. And Dubai Mall is also within walking distance. Great location

The elevator is soooooo slow. The elevator's sluggish operation has become a persistent problem, causing significant inconvenience to us.
During peak hours, the waiting times for the elevator seem to stretch endlessly, leading to unnecessary delays and disruptions to our daily routines which is becoming so annoyinggg.

Location is great. The check in was easy but took a while. The apartment was big with decent size rooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had toiletries. The kitchen had most cookware. There were two TVs in the apartment with a range of channels. The hotel gave us an extra bed for free. The balcony had a clear view of the burj Khalifa, which was stunning. The whole apartment had a homely feel which was nice. I get the feeling that it was made for residential purposes but used for hotel. They have valet parking for guests. The lobby is small but has fantastic decor. The check in took too long and one of the clerks spoke Arabic whilst I was checking in. I felt that was unprofessional. The lounge area in the apartment was ok but it seems like it's not been cleaned properly. There wasn't enough toiletries in the bathroom. The main bedroom was a weird shape. On check out, I had to wait 30 minutes for the concierge to get my luggage but it was quiet when I wanted to check out. Parking can be difficult to find, you need to go to the back of the hotel to drive in. I suggest that you head towards The Avenue Fountain View Hotel and the take a right towards the Damac Hotel.

Amazing luxury hotel. Great service. Large apartments on a great location in downtown of Dubai. Very close to Dubai Mall. In a walking distance. The best value for your money.

I stayed here on business trip this month and it was a great place to stay. The reception and front office guys were great. The location is perfect being next door to Dubai Mall.
I would recommend this place for all types of travellers.

We booked the one-bedroom apartment. It is very large and quite reasonable for the price we paid. The apartment has plenty of seating and a dining table. Everything is spacious and nice, including the kitchen that is equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, gas stove, hot kettle, huge fridge and coffee maker.

One thing surprised me - the hotel charges for ice. And there is no ice tray in the freezer in the room so the only option is to but it for 10 AED per bucket.

The oven is not very easy to use. Cooking utensils are very less in quantity but manageable. We requested for an extra pan and that was supplied free of charge.

Having a washing machine in the room is very convenient. It is hidden well so looks neat.

Breakfast spread is quite good. I even saw some indian Chola with lachha paratha.

Problems that the Hotel Needs to Resolve:
1. Water is always very hot in the shower and washbasin. Hotel should install a chiller.
2. The toaster is extremely slow in breakfast area. Takes 7-8 minutes to toast and need to keep flipping the bread as one side doesnt work properly.
3. Carpets are extremely smelly in the corridors.
4. Gym should have some 2 stacks of mats - used and fresh.. and some hand towels should also be placed in the gym.

Hotel stay was a BAD EXPERIENCE. The service they offer was so worse.
We had a wedding anniversry party but it was ruined, the rooms are not soundproof, we had seen cockroaches in the kitchen, toiletries were limited. Pool was supposed to be open by 8a.m but was opened only after 9a.m reason being the pool guard was late.

When a permanent resident of the building made problems we called a security but nobody showed up.
The service is so poor, i dont suggest anybody going to this place for a getogether
