I went 3 months ago for a repair of the strap on the recent bag I bought in the shop last year - still under warranty.
First, they lost all the contact information of their clients and I had to search myself in other shops to prove that my bag was an original Furla bag...
Then when I finally found back a copy of my receipt, the repair service was on holiday for one full month.
After all, they finally started the repair process and I am still waiting for the new strap since almost 2 months...
I regularly go personally to the shop asking for the updates, the only thing I can get from the vendors is « that I am not the only one in that case, and it will take some times.. »
When will I be able to use my handbag again ??
