The female staff, Nitika, was atrociously rude when I ordered my breakfast at around 8.10am just now. No polite greeting of “Good morning”, “Hi” etc but greeted me with an annoying look without a smile. No addressing me as madam but talked to me as if she was talking to air so I wondered if she had the ability to do so. She also talked rudely “YA!”. After I made my purchase, she handed me my receipt rudely without even thanking me for my patronage. Imho, she should be sacked since she showed no interest and basic manners to serve a customer! And most importantly, her behaviour and actions tarnished the image of Starbucks!

Outside it’s cute, but the team didn’t do what I ordered plus she already ordered the larger size without even asking me so she can charge me the fullest amount, when I said it wasn’t what I ordered no one wanted to listen, for a Starbucks Reserve that’s -10

Compared to other starbucks branches i visited, this one was way better in terms of decoration, vibe, and staff. I ordered an americano , and one of the staff members explained the process and shared some data about the beans and roast and the process of that coffee preparation.

I think, this was just an amazing day at Starbucks Reserve style store in MOE today…Counter person was Neha if I am not wrong..A Grt Service I would like to say by her . She suggested ToffeeNut Frapp which was just amazing as Toffee is my all time Fav❤️…Kudos to Starbucks as they just made my Day !!!!

Super decor and lovely ambience of ur reserve store.One of ur staff Rosaley is very supportive and hard working looking after the customers perfectly.u need some more staff like her.Keep it coming ????????????????????????
