Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Please do not buy their products. They will break down after 3months, send a technician after 3 days, charge you 210dhs for the call out fee, technician will spend 2 minutes with your machine, hugely over estimate the replacement of the parts without doing a proper diagnostic, then service center will not collect for repair unless you agree to the full cost of repair up front!
Terrible terrible terrible.
