Grand Store in Citi Center.
I have bought Sony A7m4 with 24-70 lens.

Mr. kamran helped me to make correct decision to buy. Not only that, he also gave me best price comparing to other stores in market.

HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a VESTEL washing machine and it stopped working after 11 months only. The worst part is the after-sales support from GRAND STORES as they did not honor the 2-year FULL WARRANTY and asked for AED500 payment first.

I filed a case with DED immediately, I recommend you do the same since this violates consumer rights.

Grand Stores are the local agent for Nikon & Fujifilm, so a must stop for me when I'm in the Mall. Coronavirus seems to have improved their customer service.

Great service, been here several times and bought a Nikon 70-200mm FL ED lens. BUT we did have a conversation regarding the store in Dubai Mall, and I gave you my details for Head office to contact me regarding bad treatment from the manager and staff of Dubai store, this was a year ago. They haven't got back to me.

I bought a Nikon D5300. In about a month of very minimal use got an error message "Press Shutter Release Button" and it wouldn't allow me to take photos. I have given for warranty and repair took 4 weeks. NO service report was given.. Still following up.. Very Unprofessional.. :( Disappointed

My favourite store in DXB. Guys are super well informed and up to date with all cameras, lenses and tech. Got 2 awesome once in a lifetime Nikkor P series 70-300 and 10-20 mm lenses from Grand Stores. Unforgettable experience! Thx
