The service I received was amazing indeed. The attention and genuine advice extended to me by the sales people in the shop was really helpful. Online shopping doesn't replace human interaction whatsoever.

I have bought most of my photography equipment from here. The staff are always nice and attentive. I had an issue with one of my purchases, and they gave me great advise on how to take care of it.

HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SUPPORT

Bought a VESTEL washing machine and it stopped working after 11 months only. The worst part is the after-sales support from GRAND STORES as they did not honor the 2-year FULL WARRANTY and asked for AED500 payment first.

I filed a case with DED immediately, I recommend you do the same since this violates consumer rights.

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE !! We bought a playstation plus Card for 85AED for our son and the receptionist given us the paper of the PS plus and it did not work after we tried several times it said that the code is redeemed , we always buy it from the Carefour store with no issues but when we came to complain they are so rude treating my wife like she is stealing and that might be someone from their side who used that code or instead contacting Sony and check easily to which account this code is redeemed , their respond was No redund And you cannot talk to the manager after several email (0) customer service . Take the 85 AED but we will never recommend this store .

If I can rate Less than 1 star I would do!
Edith is the worst sales lady I’ve met, never smile and the way she ask questions is so rude. Don’t do your photo services in Grandstore MOE, you will regret it.

The worst experience I’ve had in 10 years in Dubai.It turns out Ronin Rs3 has an issue.It’s just not working properly and they refuse to acknowledge the problem and refund.I would never buy anything from this store again.

The best customer service in the business. I bought a camera from there had issues with it and they exchanged it with no questions asked. Also the stores have a great layout of a variety of products along with helpful employees with smiling faces. I can assure you that this is the only store I will use when it comes to my electronics.

I don't know if this is normal or because we are living in Dubai we used to have a good customer service.
My complain that I bought headsets two month
which is now not working
I tried to exchange but unfortunately, they don't have customer service to raise a complain and they say we need14 days to check it!!!
