We had a great experience here in February. Have bought 6 bottles of perfumes and a bottle of Ebhar bakhoor. The longevity is amazing, silage excellent! Also they helped us to apply for tax free, we had some problems with it, but they’ve managed to solve all the problems. Thanks!

Overall, was a good experience. Their low end perfumes are also amazing.

I love hawas, Al wasam and my personal favourite was wajdaan which is discontinued now.

Went to Mall of the Emirates Rasasi store and bought 02 perfumes Shuhrah bottles. Long lasting perfume, reasonable prices and staff was good.

I went to purchase Hawas perfume after long distance waking in the mall ,when I arrived I ask the sales person about it , suddenly 2 ladies come to the kiosk, he escaped me without a single word and he ignored me .it was not proffessionel the way he behaves. finally ladies didn't buy from him . What a shame on him .I went to faces store and I got better product with best costumer care . kindly be polite if you are not proffessionel

The worst experience ever..a stinky toxic smelling perfume was sold to me under rj name misk/musk when I took it home it smelled like rotten garbage.. I only came to this shop by recommendation of my friend!!!! I had the worst experience ever!!!!! He would not exchange it even when one the said come in and we can exchsnge it!!!! They change the price according to the customer . I left the perfume in the store in anger as he had scammed me!!!! BEWARE!!!
