Very horrible check-in experience at T1 in Dubai for Gulf Air. The check-in staff was aloof and rude and not in the mood to work. 2 of the ladies behind the check-in counter we just sitting and checking this make-up on the phone instead of dealing with customers. This was experience while traveling in their FalconGold class. I would dread to think what the economy passengers had to go thru

Worst airlines,Rude arabic national staff ,
I had a flight from DXB to BHD to BOM

I was denied to fly and the reason given was Indians can't fly to Bahrain and wait there for long time.

I said comeon this is connecting flight and why it was then mentioned online by you'll?
The person said don't argue with him technically as he would make sure to create problem for me and no refund given.

I booked the flight online,if some issue was there then i would have been informed at the time of booking or not shown to me as i pre filled passport details.

I was denied by Arab fellow who told me to book another flight from DXB to BOM.

Gulf Air has very rude and abusive staff especially Madam Hajer Jamal has been trained to insult passenger for no reason…..

Our Baggage was missing and there is no proper response until now its going to be a month. I feel they are so lethargic we don't know where the luggage was missed either in boarding place (Dubai) or in transit place (Bahrain).
