As a westerner its hard not to feel taken advantage of when a restaurant only serves expensive bottled water, offering no tap alternative as they do here. With the higher prices of airport establishments, some form of water ought to be complimentary. I went with the Honey Limeade ($5.94) as an alternative. It was made with a pre-mixed concentrate added to sparkling water and a lime slice. It's pretty tasty.
The Scottish Salmon is perfectly cooked, with a crispy outside, delicate slightly pink inside, and placed on a bed of tender garlic spinach and garnished with a well balanced gremolata sauce and toasted lemon half ($25.65). The flavor balance of the fish and citrusy finish of the gremolata was spot on. Chef Puch is in the house. Staff was very prompt and food service reasonably fast.
